All memberships rates include GHC 2026 subsidy and grant a full access to the gym: fitness area, group classes, towel service and self-development workshops.
This subsidy is available only for 2026. Subsidies and memberships for 2026 may be revised at the end of 2026.
A GHC valid badge is mandatory to access at the fitness center.
Several offers are available to suit your needs. Memberships are non-refundable, except in the event of contract termination and on request.
Group classes might change during the year depending on attendance.
The Global Fund and the gym service provider will collect and process anonymised data for the sole purpose of monitoring overall number of persons using the fitness facilities and break down of number of users by organization. These data allow us to adapt the services to your attendance and needs.

Full Body Strengthening is a full-body workout focused on building muscle and stability through controlled exercises, combining strength, core work, and functional movements to improve posture, balance, and overall physical performance.

HIIT Boxing is a high-intensity cardio workout inspired by boxing training, combining explosive punching sequences, fast footwork, and short recovery periods, all designed to boost endurance, burn calories, and improve overall fitness.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of very hard work. The whole point of high-intensity training is to kick up the intensity of your cardio. In order to qualify as true HIIT, you’ll need to push yourself to the max during every set.
