Access is strictly prohibited to persons under 18 years old.

All memberships rates include GHC 2026 subsidy and grant a limited access to fitness area (some group classes are not included).
This subsidy is available only for 2026. Subsidies and memberships for 2026 may be revised at the end of 2026.

A GHC valid badge is mandatory to access at the fitness center.
Upon arrival, members must collect an access badge at the reception desk by presenting a valid ID.
Several offers are made to suit your needs and memberships are not refundable, irrespective of reasons for claiming the refund.

The Global Fund and the gym service provider will collect and process anonymised data for the sole purpose of monitoring overall number of persons using the fitness facilities and break down of number of users by organization.

Full Body Strengthening is a full-body workout focused on building muscle and stability through controlled exercises, combining strength, core work, and functional movements to improve posture, balance, and overall physical performance.

Our classes blend diverse exercises, from strength and cardio to flexibility, providing a holistic approach to fitness. Join us for an invigorating workout that challenges and transforms your body, ensuring a well-rounded and dynamic fitness experience.

HIIT Boxing is a high-intensity cardio workout inspired by boxing training, combining explosive punching sequences, fast footwork, and short recovery periods, all designed to boost endurance, burn calories, and improve overall fitness.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of very hard work. The whole point of high-intensity training is to kick up the intensity of your cardio. In order to qualify as true HIIT, you’ll need to push yourself to the max during every set.

Postural Training strengthens the back, core, and postural muscles to improve alignment and reduce discomfort from poor posture or inactivity. It’s an excellent complement to other sports, helping to prevent injuries and enhance performance by reinforcing the body’s foundation.

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

Enjoy a cardio training to burn maximum calories, train your hear and gain stamina and endurance.

Focusing on strength enhancing and toning exercises designed to help strengthen your core and lower body fat. This class will help lift and tighten all those stubborn areas.

Salsa dancing is a dance style that represents the joy of life, color, flavor and rythm from Latin American culture. Danced both as a partner dance, by yourself or in a group, salsa dancing is a great way to stay fit, have fun, connect with your colleagues, learn coordination and self confidence.

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
